Finance Council

This council monitors parish administration in service to people, finances, budget development, human resources, stewardship of resources, church support and fundraising coordination, and the physical facilities and properties of the parish. At large members serve two year terms.

Money Counters

We have several teams of money counters. Each week a different team is responsible for completing this task.

Time Commitment: 1-1/2 hours monthly

Casino Night Fundraiser                    

Our Mardi Gras Casino Night will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2013, the Saturday before Lent begins. Volunteers are needed for the following committees: Ticket sales, Food, Auction/Raffle/Table Sponsors, Decorating, Floor Workers and Clean Up Crew.

Parish Office Help                      

Help assemble mailings, collate materials, and other miscellaneous projects as needed.

Time Commitment: Dependent on project, based on your availability

Parish Gardeners

Parishioners maintain all of our gardens on our grounds. They plant, water, weed and do general maintenance of the particular area they are assigned. Several people work with each area.

Time Commitment: Arranged with others working on the same area

“Adopt” 76th Place

Parishioners help keep 76th Place cleared of debris.

Time Commitment: This is done on an individual’s own schedule, dependent on number of volunteers
